How do I register to shop at Grahams
Natural Alternatives ?
You do not need to pre-register to shop
at this site. When you complete your first shopping cart order you
will be asked if you want the cart to remember your details for future
orders.

How do I place an order ?
From our online order page, you select the appropriate options, then
select the items you wish to order, place them in the shopping cart,
and return to select more items or move the items to 'checkout'. The
pages will take you step by step through the process. You can cancel
the order at any time up to when you enter your credit card details.

What quantities can I order ?
Each product is ordered in units. For instance you can order 3 Mega
Oils - 500ml, 1 Calendulis Plus cream - 120g, 2 Grahams Bath Oil -
100ml, etc. When you enter the quantity of a product, you must enter
a whole number (1,2,3,4,...). Do not enter fractions, decimals or
weights. Products are sold by a multiple of their 'unit'.

Is there a delivery charge ?
A fixed shipping and handling
charge will be added to all orders at time of checkout, based on your
location. Charge is $3.50 within Australia or $9.95 International.

What payment methods do you offer ?
Currently we support VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard (Australia Only) for
online, mail and fax orders.

Can I use my computer at work to order
from the site ?
Yes, however your computer may be part of network, where your employer
may block access to secure sites or the placement of 'cookies' on your
system. We suggest you check with your system administrator if you
have a problem. Also, if you ask the shopping cart to remember your
personal details, they are held by the computer you were using at the
time. Anybody else using the same computer to order from our site
will be recognized as 'you' and your personal details will be shown on
their order page. Whilst they can change the details, it may not suit
you to have your personal details displayed to others. A work around
for this problem is not to 'tick' the box requesting retention of your
order details on the shopping cart, when ordering.
